MY FAVORITE LINES FROM POEMS AND NOVELS THAT HELP ME MAINTAIN GRATITUDE AND POSITIVITY.

Updated: Feb 1, 2021

We all cry, we all go through troubles. Broken dreams, mistreated, disrespected, rejected, we loose. But we also laugh, we are accepted, celebrated, included and our problems go away.

Despite the bad days I choose to stay positive and hopeful-Try, it works - So here are only some of my favorite lines from authors who describe those times in a way that appeal to my emotions.

I hope you can relate with some of them and keep them in your heart as reminders.

1.The ship of my life may or may not be sailing on calm and amiable seas. The challenging days of my existence may or may not be bright and promising. Stormy or sunny days, glorious or lonely nights, I maintain an attitude of gratitude. If I insist on being pessimistic, there is always tomorrow. Today I am blessed.

2.Oh shut up. Every time it rains it stops raining. Every time you hurt, you heal. After darkness, there is always light and you get reminded of this every morning but still you choose to believe that the night will last forever. Nothing lasts forever. Not the good or the bad. So you might as well smile while you're here.

( The book has a collection of poems /words that will be worth your time)

3.Healing comes in waves and maybe today the wave hit the rocks and that's okay that's okay, darling you are still healing you are still healing It is still winter carry yourself gently be careful with your soul you are honey you are flowers you are enough

(Also a collection of beautiful poems that mostly women will relate to)

4.Joseph shall return to Canaan, grieve not. Hovels shall turn to rose gardens, grieve not. If a flood shall arrive to drown all that's alive, Noah is your guide in the typhoon's eye, grieve not.

5.Use their hate as an ointment to glow even more let them wonder how people like you they have tried to break still shine.
